Surface View

Have you ever considered a having a mural in your living space? I'd not really given the idea much thought until I discovered Surface View. I've seen large single-image murals in house tours before and thought they look great but never considered them for my own home as I thought they were quite over-powering. However, having seen the vast collection available on-line at Surface View I'm really warming to the idea. There are so many prints available that there's one for every home decor style. Whether you're a natural history fiend like us, a lover of William Morris-esque prints, or a map obsessive there really is something to match your taste. There are even some toned-down subtle prints for those of us who can be a bit scared of large splashes of colour/pattern!

And finally, one of my favourites is this 'Meadow' image by Ella Doran. It really works at bringing the fresh feeling of the outdoors, indoors. Especially if you go for a large-scale mural.
